IHPS Literacy Night was a HOME RUN! ⚾

Our Braves and their families enjoyed an evening filled with reading, creativity, games, and baseball-themed fun! Thank you to our amazing staff and families who helped make this such a special night celebrating literacy and our love of learning!

If your student is missing any items, please check our lost and found area.

Our lost and found is located outside the building in our bus loop.
There is a covered bin and a table where items are placed.

You can stop by anytime and locate your items.

FinalForms- Did you know?

FinalForms is the platform we use for all things - contact information, document uploads, student groups, etc. If you have a change, please start there. You manage your profiles - parents and students. You will receive automated email notifications through FinalForms, so please make sure to add 'mailman@finalforms.com' as an approved sender in your email. Any questions, email Veronica.Weaver@ihsd.us

Pick Up Patrol - Did you know?

If your student(s) will be leaving during the school day, we ask you to do 2 things: First - please mark the Dismissal Plan in Pick Up Patrol as 'Early Dismissal' and in the 'Notes' section please add the details (i.e., reason for dismissal, who is picking up and if the student(s) will be returning). This will notify the teacher of your plans.

Next step - when you're on the way to pick up your student(s), please call the office at least 5 minutes ahead regarding the early dismissal plan. This will help us be able to locate your student(s) and have them ready when you arrive (keep in mind they could be outside or in specials so it takes time for them to go to their classroom and pack up their things). The number to call the office is 513-272-4754. Thank you!

*Important reminder - if your student will be returning, be sure to change your child's Default Plan back to the correct end of day plans.

*Kindergarten Families: Your child will need to be brought back to school for clubs and activities. Please communicate any after school plans with either KGS or Daycare.

Volunteers and Visitors at the Primary School

Beginning this school year, parents and guardians are welcome to bring younger siblings when attending school events held during school hours (i.e., parent meetings, classroom parties, Primary Praise, and 2nd Grade Send-Off) at Indian Hill Primary School.

To help maintain a safe and productive learning environment, this change does not apply to volunteer opportunities (i.e., classroom, lunchroom, library, field trips, Field Day) where only approved volunteers may attend. We kindly ask that younger siblings remain under the direct supervision of their parents or guardians at all times.

Reminder to ALL building visitors and volunteers: Please bring your ID with you! You will be signed into the Raptor System and a printed visitor badge will be given for you to wear in a visible location during your visit.
