Libro Puente (The Bridge Book) is a community project which aims to connect children from different regions. The book made in one place travels to the next, and is the cornerstone for other children to gather and observe, reflect and find a way of telling others their life experience.
In this presentation we will share the story of the project, photos, anecdotes and testimonies of the participants together with the ancient stories we tell the children to inspire each chapter of the book. We will share our experience in more than 20 communities and offer a fresh insight into the universe of childhood through their own productions.

Using Magic to Create a Just World
Carlos López, Magicians Without Borders (Colombia)
In Magicians Without Borders we believe that we can use magic to create a just world, full of possibility in communities around the planet. We want to share our story and amaze you with a magic show. We will walk you through our experience of creating education chapters in Latin America, told through two teacher/student pairs – a Costa Rican teacher (Diego) and his student, and a Colombian teacher (Tamara) and her student. After the performance we will open up to questions from the audience.
