Focus on Mid-Career Faculty Development Panel

Make plans to attend this panel session designed to support faculty who are navigating the mid-career stage, including the transition from tenure to full professor, expanding research and leadership impact, balancing service commitments, and sustaining professional growth. The session will feature experienced faculty panelists who will share insights on setting post-tenure goals, developing a stronger scholarly identity, building meaningful collaborations, managing increasing leadership and mentoring responsibilities, and maintaining resilience and work-life balance.

The Mid-Career Faculty Development Panel will take place on Sunday, Nov. 22, starting at 1 pm in Salon 2.

Register now for the 2025 DSI Annual Conference. All presentations must have at least one author registered by September 15 to remain in the program. If no author is registered, the submission will be removed from the program. Presenters please register by the deadline.

DSI has secured room rates of $199+ for single or double occupancy. Only verified attendees of the conference will receive these rates. Reservation deadline is October 28, 2026 or until our room block is sold out, whichever comes first.

Please note: Microsoft Ignite 2026 will take place November 17–20 at the Moscone Center, located two blocks from our hotel. Local hotels typically sell out during this event, and we are unable to add additional rooms to our block. Availability is limited and will fill quickly—please make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. Sorry, but we cannot assist you with finding a hotel room outside of our room block.
