River Fox Realty partnered with Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity and committed to raising $100,000 towards the construction of a Habitat home for a local family. Through their voluntary participation in this initiative, River Fox Realty agents collectively worked toward the goal by donating a portion of every commission earned. River Fox Realty also actively engaged their team members, clients, and vendors as volunteers in the construction process. On October 2, Richmond Habitat and River Fox Realty celebrated the Home Dedication, welcoming the local family to their completed home and recognizing all who contributed to making the house possible. “This has been a long-term goal of ours, and it is a dream come true," the new homeowner said.
