Join us for Family Day in October!
|
|
Family Day is a day for our families to come together as a Dragon Family, and I would like to personally invite you to join us for this year's ASMS Family Day on Saturday, October 9th. Our Family Day planning committee has created an event full of connection, information, and fun that gives you the opportunity to participate and enjoy since it is virtual!
You will have the opportunity to meet each of your student’s instructors and will be able schedule a one-on-one virtual appointment with your student’s academic counselor to allow us to have meaningful conversations focused on your student's success. Also, join us for loads of fun by participating in our ASMS trivia competition that will be held during our lunch break where you could win some great ASMS swag and other fun prizes.
So come LINK, LEARN, and LAUGH with everyone on Family Day as we know that you will be glad you did!
Teressa Clark
Assistant Director of Donor Relations and Family Programs

Volunteer to be a Treater for Boo at Bellingrath -- the annual Halloween celebration in the Gardens! You can participate in the fun by distributing packaged treats and trinkets to the thousands of trick-or-treaters that attend this family event. This is a wonderful opportunity to publicize ASMS to prospective students and families. Anyone planning to participate as a treater should arrive no later than 2 p.m. in order to be set up by start of treating which is 3:00 PM. Treating will be from 3:00 PM until 6 p.m. They're anticipating about 2,000 guests at this fun, family-friendly festival.
Interested? Contact Mrs. Martin (lmartin@asms.net) to let her know you'd like to participate along with the ASMS Ambassadors.
