Prior Announcement Reminder
$295 Broker fee: Effective December 1, 2022, the company's broker fee is $295 for transactions in all states. For any deal that goes under contract as of December 1st, 2022 this means there will be a $295 broker fee charged.
$395 E & O fee: Effective January 1, 2023, our E & O insurance fee will be $395 for the year. If you choose, you may split your payment to pay $197.50 on Jan 1st & $197.50 on July 1st.
Late Fees: Invoices are expected to be paid upon receipt. Any invoice not paid in full by the 25th of that month will incur a $30.00 monthly late fee.
For agents on the $295 per month commission plan: Payment is due each month before the 25th to avoid a late fee. You can't "run a tab". Balances may not be carried over month-to-month waiting for a future closing.
Your support in utilizing our affiliated companies such as
Golden Abstract and Foxtrot Mortgage
will also contribute to keeping fees low for a prolonged period of time.

Purpose: "To give back to the communities we serve. We aim to contribute in a way that assists men/women/children’s housing, food, and clothing needs."

Just drop items in our collection bins.
