GREYHAWK Names Dinan and Marth to Board of Directors

On August 20, 2025, GREYHAWK announced that two current firm leaders were named to its board of directors. Director of Construction Management and Commissioning Services Robert J. Dinan, PE, CCM, LEED AP, and Director of Consulting Services Fritz T. Marth, PE, CFCC, will represent internal perspectives on the six-person governing board.

“Rob and Fritz bring valued internal perspectives to the board of directors, representing our construction management, commissioning, and consulting services,” said GREYHAWK CEO and Chairman Ronald C. Kerins, Jr., CCM, LEED AP. “Both consistently deliver expert guidance to our clients and staff. Their input on the board will continue to shape GREYHAWK’s continued innovation and success.”
