Your best source of content

What’s new: Your customers’ comments and question provide a continuous stream of content ideas.

Why it matters: A perceived lack of content can derail keeping a consistent schedule for your newsletter, social media, blogs, PR etc.

Going deeper: The comments or questions you receive from your customers are the best source of material for a couple of reasons.

  1. If a customer is asking a question, they might not be the only one of your customers thinking it or asking it.
  2. Delivering an answer to that question solves a problem they are having. And we all know that addressing and fixing a customer’s pain is the best way to keep that customer.
  3. Talking about what’s front of mind for your customers increases engagement, which can lead to discussion of other products and services you offer.

Where to start: The FAQ section of your website is a treasure trove of content. If you don’t have one, visit your Google Business Profile. Every comment, good or bad, comes with a story of why that customer patronized your business. Tell it.

Need a storyteller: Take the HiRoad. It’s what we do. Just drop a line to get the conversation started.

Happy Friday!
