Dear Mary,

We are thrilled to introduce you to the newest addition to our team, Mr. Aaron Jones, who will be taking on the role of Chief Executive Officer here at Tri County Cradle to Career Collaborative. With over three decades of experience in strategic, operational, and fiscal management, Aaron brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to our organization.

Aaron is not only a seasoned executive but also a specialist in generating new revenue streams and diversifying funding strategies to secure financial support. His proven track record in stabilizing operations and driving sustainable, long-term growth through innovative funding approaches will be instrumental in advancing our mission here at TCCC.

Furthermore, Aaron is known as a change agent, adept at developing, restructuring, and revitalizing business units to maximize performance and achieve operational targets. His adaptability and visionary leadership will undoubtedly propel our organization to new heights.

One of Aaron's key strengths lies in his holistic approach to leadership. Leveraging his broad experience, he provides comprehensive guidance encompassing fiscal stewardship, program development, branding strategy, and talent development. This approach ensures that TCCC can be responsive to the evolving needs of our community.

Additionally, Aaron is a consensus builder who excels at identifying and cultivating valuable partnerships across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. His ability to engage stakeholders, including professional sports leagues, teams, and athletes, will play a crucial role in driving initiatives to foster engagement and participation within our community.

Aaron and his wife, Pamela, along with their daughter Morgan, who is a senior and standout basketball player at Northwood Academy, reside in Summerville. The Jones family made the move to Charleston County in 2021 to be closer to Pamela's mother, who is also a Summerville resident and native of Reevesville, SC.

Aaron holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

We invite you to join us in extending a warm welcome to Aaron Jones as our new CEO. We are excited about the future under his leadership and look forward to the positive impact he will make on our organization and the community as a whole.

Stay tuned for opportunities to meet Aaron in the coming weeks!
