What I will be presenting on during the conference:

"Sit in the Attendee’s Chair ™: Now What?"
Attendees are your largest group of stakeholders, and could be argued the most important—if attendees get what they need, in a strategically planned meeting, everyone else’s Goals and Objectives get met too.
So how do we need to look at meetings and events in this new world? Still from their perspective, except “they”, like everyone else, are experiencing everything differently than they did in February 2020.

By attending this session you will learn thought processes and steps to take concerning:
Meeting Basic Needs in Face to Face, Hybrid and Virtual
How do we make people feel safe and secure, especially when people have so many different interpretations of what that means?
Inclusivity—do we need to expand how we interpret that?

Meet Another Trooper
Hi, I’m Pauline!

I was born and raised just outside of Paris and moved to the United States at age 17 to pursue a liberal arts education. I attended Trinity College, where I majored in Music and minored in Hispanic Studies. While I loved spending four years studying a wide variety of subjects through Trinity’s liberal arts curriculum, I did not have a defined career plan. After talking with friends and family, they pointed out that I have always loved traveling and creating memorable experiences for others. This is how hospitality became the obvious next best step!

A few months after graduating from Trinity, I decided to attend Boston University’s School of Hospitality Administration (SHA) where I earned a Master of Management in Hospitality. Through this program, I discovered the endless possibilities that the hospitality industry has to offer and I naturally gained interest in marketing, and meetings and events. More importantly, SHA introduced me to some incredibly bright and caring professors, among them, Joanne Dennison who welcomed me and four classmates into her team. Today, I am very proud to be working at the Ordinary Success Project where every day is a joyful learning experience. So Joanne, thank you for giving me the opportunity to be part of this amazing talent incubator you created!
