Salmon is the number 3 fish eaten in the US behind shrimp and canned tuna. With that competition I am surprised it isn't higher, but I understand. Shrimp and canned tuna are easy, but salmon is so darn good and our Farm Raised Canadian Atlantic Salmon sells so fast, you can be sure that it is as fresh as you can get in the midwest. Our wonderful supplier, Fortune Fish, is located nice and close to O'Hare Airport so it is very easy for them to get us new fish with every delivery, PLUS they also get us the most sustainable products out there! This week we will feature the plain as well as our marinated salmon for you to choose from and don't you worry, we will make sure we have an ample supply all week long.
Next up this week is our Boneless Pork Chops. We have these cut a couple different ways but from the same cut of meat. The Butterfly chops are cut from the center of the boneless pork loin and are usually about an inch to an inch & a half thick for some nice quick cooking, but we also have the America's Cut which are from the same center cut pork loin, just cut twice as thick for juicier grilled pork. Either way, you will have a nice tender pork chop, it just depends on how you're cooking them. If those chops are not enticing enough, we also have both cuts marinated and all ready to go. My personal favorite (and what is pictured above) is the Blackened America's Cut Pork Chops!! We will have plenty of those ready all week because this is no secret and MANY people are on board with how good these are.
