The Accredited Condominium Manager (ACM) designation IS BACK!

It's been reviewed and updated and it's now available to our members! Obtaining the Accredited Condominium Manager (ACM) designation is an important step for our members’ clients to be able to identify qualified, experienced condominium management professionals in Alberta who are dedicated to the profession and committed to a code of professional ethics. Upcoming legislation is expected to require accreditation and licensing of Condominium Managers. We are offering both in person and virtual options to writing the ACM Exam.  Please note that we will provide you with a set of By-Laws to use for the exam but your are required to provide your own copy of the most up to date Condominium Property Act and Regulations.  Cost: $100 plus GST. If you have previously registered/paid to take the exam, please re-register and select invoice for payment and we will take care of the rest! More details....

Facility Assessment Services and Applicable Acts and By-Laws This presentation takes you through various types of Facilities Assessment reporting types, but focuses mainly on Technical Audits and how these differ from BAR reports required by the New Home Buyers Protect Act, BEVAs and their requirements under the City of Calgary Maintenance By-Law, and the more recent changes to the requirements for production of a Reserve Fund Study under the new Condominium Property Act.
