HONOLULU, HI (July 21, 2025) - The Building Industry Association of Hawaii (BIA Hawaii) is proud to announce the return of its highly anticipated BIG Home Building & Remodeling Show, taking place August 8–10, 2025 at the Neal S. Blaisdell Exhibition Hall. This annual three-day expo brings together local homeowners and Hawaii’s top building professionals for an interactive and inspiring experience focused on remodeling, construction, design, and innovation.
The BIG Home Show is presented by Atlas Construction. Additional sponsors include Raynor Hawaii Overhead Doors; Geobunga, Pacific Business News; SRS Solar; and Lowe’s Pro. The Show will feature new innovations and trusted resources in home remodeling and construction, educational seminars, a keiki corner, and personal consultation opportunities the community has come to know and love.

Friday, August 8: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday, August 9: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday, August 10: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
TICKETS:
General admission is $8 and available at the Blaisdell Box Office starting Monday, August 4, 2025. It includes admission for all three days, and children under 16 are admitted free of charge. Save $3 when you sign up for updates at homeshowhawaii.com and Kūpuna Day is Sunday August 10th where Seniors 60+ with valid ID receive $3.00 off admission. Discounts cannot be combined.
A Showcase for Hawaii’s Builders and the Families They Serve
This year’s BIG Home Show features hands-on exhibits, kid-friendly activities, professional seminars, and new attractions for all ages:
Keiki Zone
A dedicated space for children to explore, play, and learn, featuring the Little Builder’s Workshop, CPR demos (as available), and the children’s book The House That She Built.
Paws & Pallets – Saturday Only
A live dog kennel build using repurposed pallets, led by graduates of BIA Hawaii’s Pre-Apprenticeship Construction Training (PACT) program. This exhibit celebrates sustainability, mentorship, and the next generation of builders with a themed selfie station, music, and a community wall.
Featured Seminar: Anatomy of a Project with Dr. Andria Tupola
Presented by Hawaii Home + Remodeling Magazine, this special session features Council Vice Chair Dr. Tupola exploring how local projects take shape through leadership and collaboration.

BIA Booth Bingo
