In anticipation of the changing environment, our firm has already taken proactive steps to ensure we are prepared for adjusting our "regular" working accommodations. Our attorneys and staff have been working remotely while the firm maintains its organizational structure, security, and communications.
Since our firm provides legal advice and representation to the financial services sector, we are considered to be a part of the Critical Sector (Section 6 cc.iii) and will remain fully operational during this time.
For the health, safety and well-being of our customers, employees and communities our firm will be following the "Stay at Home" Order. However, this situation will not limit our firm's abilities, responsiveness or accessibility. We understand that now is when lenders rely upon sound legal counsel.
