Winery notes: Les Coopains are a tribute to our cheerful, noisy, generous but often soft Mediterranean Grenache. Our wines are for those who are interested in ethics, rather than labels. They are certified by the organization "Vignerons en Development Durable" (Winemakers for Sustainable Development).

Tasting notes: Luscious texture with aromas of apple, stone fruits and white flowers, followed by flavors of green apple, honeydew melon, lemon, white peach, apricot and herbs, together with a delicate spiciness and subtle mineral notes. Similar to a Riesling

Pairings: A wine to be enjoyed with friends! Excellent on its own or pair appetizers, salads, seafood, Thai food, grilled vegetables.

Winery Notes:  A silky, smooth wine with low acidity and an elegant, balanced finish. Cherry and liquorice aromas complemented by toffee and vanilla give way to chocolate and red berry flavours. This medium-bodied wine is excellent paired with soft cheeses, pastas, risottos, and lightly-seasoned meats. 

Winemaker notes: "The color is a deep red with great intensity. On the nose, the wine shows delicious hints of plums and herbs. This Merlot reveals hints of chocolate and spice, while integrating perfectly with the toasted American oak. The wine is smooth and has great structure. Casillero del Diablo Reserva Merlot is excellent with a variety of cheeses, meat and pasta dishes."-Winemaker

Crafted by the direct descendants of the ancient O’Driscoll Clan. A tribute to their famous Pirate & Smuggler ancestors from Baltimore, West Cork who patrolled Irelands Wild Atlantic Coast.

Our Whiskey: The liquid is an exceptional blend of golden grain (corn) and malted barley, triple distilled and aged in bourbon casks for a minimum of 3 years, giving the signature smoothness of Irish whiskey.

Maturation of whiskey is an art form: The influence of 100% bourbon cask maturation beautifully enhances the sweet vanilla profile of the whiskey.

Whiskey Raiders Review

NOSE: Light, sweet, full of pears, honey and grain. A pang of youth and graininess is here but nothing off-putting.

TASTE: Easy-drinking and sweet, it’s devoid of ethanol and full of honey, apples and pears. Light graininess but nothing overbearing. Sweet and easy.

FINISH: Light rising bread on the finish, flaky sweet pastry, honey, almond and a touch of lemon zest.

OVERALL: Overall, O’Driscolls is an easy-drinking whiskey. It’s sweet, and it’s certainly not terribly complex but sits well-poised to compete with competitors like Bushmills and Jameson on the shelf when it comes to inoffensive, pleasant Irish bottlings.
