From College to Career: New YPIE Impact Data

Dear YPIE Community,

At a time when so many are wondering about the future of the economy and the workforce, our newest impact data shows the power of creating clear pathways to opportunity for young people.

YPIE students are achieving strong outcomes at every stage of their journey, from high school to college and into careers:

88% of YPIE 2025 high school grads enrolled in college
64% of YPIE 2019 high school grads earned a bachelor’s degree within six years, 18 percentage points higher than similar peers
119 YPIE college students are matched one-to-one with career and graduate school coaches

These outcomes are made possible through nearly two decades of partnership with schools, families, volunteers, and supporters like you.

Explore the full impact data at ypie.org/impact.

Thank you for helping YPIE students build pathways to college and career success.

With gratitude,

Sam Wallis

CEO
