• Ideas accepted October 25 - November 23

• All EPHS Students are welcome and encouraged to submit ideas for improving our school!
• New this year: “Idea Liking.” During the submission window, you can “like” ideas.  The guiding team will use this data to inform decisions on the ideas that advance to “chip voting” (more on that below). Our next staff guiding team meeting is scheduled for Friday, November 5 at 7:45 am in the Main Office.  All are welcome!
• New this year: “Chip Voting.”  In December, each staff member will receive an allotment of “chips” to “spend” on their favorite idea(s).  We think this will build engagement and yield more precise data on what “the crowd” is thinking.  More on that after Thanksgiving.
• New this year: Idea Showcase.  We created this “Idea Showcase” site to communicate & celebrate ideas in our pipeline from previous years.  It’s a start-up, but we think it has potential!  Check it out and let us know what you think.
• The fine print:
• Ideas need to be school appropriate and live out our core values.  Those that aren’t, won’t be posted.
• You will have the option to share your name publicly with your ideas, you can submit your idea anonymously (so that only the Eagle Voice team can see it on the backend), or as a team.
• Think generativity and be forward thinking--consider what we should do more than what we shouldn’t do.
• Think big and small--each idea starts a conversation that could lead to something great!
