Every year for Veterans Day, L.A. Works staff supports partners who prioritize service to Veterans by helping plan and lead events like the ones listed below. Our partner is providing the general volunteers. We've planned the events, and now, we could use your help leading them because we cannot do it alone!

Lead volunteers as they mulch, build, and paint for Family Housing at the

Veteran Affairs Hospital. 

Together, we will beautify the Greater Los Angeles Fisher House for the families of veterans who stay there while the veteran receives treatment at the medical facility.

Together, we will create kits that have essential items for veterans who are recent parents, as well as create hygiene kits for veterans who may not have access to these items.

Volunteers may be asked to stand, help lift, and help set up project spaces. If you would like to bring a foldable chair for assistance, please feel free.
