MRFF HARSHLY CONDEMNS
TRUMP-APPOINTED JUDGE’S INJUNCTION
BLOCKING AIR FORCE FROM DISCHARGING
“RELIGIOUS” VACCINE REFUSERS
U.S. District Court Judge Matthew McFarland, a Trump-appointed federal judge in Cincinnati has shamefully blocked the Biden administration from enforcing the COVID-19 vaccine
mandate on any member of the Air Force, Space Force, or
Air National Guard who requested a religious exemption.
Thousands of service members, although having received other vaccinations that used human cells in their development
without batting an eye, have suddenly become devoutly
religious against vaccines, requesting religious exemptions
to evade the military's COVID vaccine mandate.

Mikey Weinstein's statement on Trump-appointed Judge Matthew McFarland's shameful decision
to go along with the anti-vax service members'
"religious objection" scheme

"The despicable actions of Trump-appointed Federal U.S. District Court Judge Matthew McFarland are as wantonly reckless and imbecilic as can be possibly imagined. He has just exercised his irresponsible judicial power from his courtroom in Cincinnati, Ohio, to stop the United States Air Force, United States Space Force, and the United States Air National Guard in their tracks, all over the planet, from justifiably discharging science-denying, fundamentalist Christian nationalist religious extremists from their ranks.
The military leadership here is 100% correct to jettison these anti-vax, religious nutcases from their armed forces units for blatantly disobeying a direct written order from their chains of command to get the COVID-19 vaccines. Failure to get these critical vaccines as ordered by Air Force and DoD leadership utterly obliterates the good order, morale, discipline, unit cohesion, mission accomplishment, and especially the health and safety of these vital military organizations.
Nobody, let alone a federal judge, should be innocently buying the ‘sudden' religious devoutness against vaccines from these witless military members who have previously and willingly received a plethora of other vaccines, some of which also used the very same human cell strains in their development, with no religious objections then being raised.
These nauseatingly transparent, sudden so-called ‘religious’ objections have nothing to do with religion and everything to do with the politicization of the COVID vaccines and noxious, Christian nationalist grandstanding, proselytizing, exclusivity, and supremacy.
Tragically, this pathetic excuse of a federal judge is effusively playing right along with it."

This goes back more than 16 years. To me, it’s 56 years when a supervisor tried to make me go to his church. As a Jewish enlisted man in the USAF, I had no choice: I volunteered for Vietnam to get away from him. Best choice of my life looking back. And that is why I support MRFF. Thank you, Mikey Weinstein, for all you do all these years.

What I found was that it was hard to get people to believe what was right in front of them. The Christian takeover of homeschooling was brutal, you either followed their leaders down the rabbit hole or you were thrown out. The lobbying was blatant, they were demolishing established groups and moving them near state capitols with new leadership and issues that had nothing to do with homeschooling. A lot of people never knew what hit them. When I tried to put all the puzzle pieces together no one wanted to hear it. It was ‘too divisive’, ‘anti-Christian’ and, I suppose, just plain unbelievable that people who had the same homeschooling in common were being split along religious lines. I didn’t call it Christian Nationalism then, I termed it Theopolitics. (name withheld) was calling it Dominionism, or Kingdom theology. Others used Rushdooney’s Reconstruction Theology. I guess no matter what you call it, its happening and folks are struggling to put a name on it. I think you’ve done a lot to make people listen and realize this is a problem, not some kind of political name calling, and I appreciate every bit of it. Stepping down from soapbox
