During the "Attracting Talent in a Competitive World" panel at iConnections, I mentioned that one thing trending within TIDE's network is the search for independent Board Directors from diverse backgrounds. While there are many organizations and associations that try to tackle this, TIDE does things differently. We sprinkle a little bit of sparkle dust and magic happens.

Currently, we are doing a Board Director search for a Korean public company with over 1.5T KRW (1B+ USD equivalent) market cap.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a CFO at a Korean public company OR a Korean CPA holder with at least 5 years of experience in a related field
- Experience in the biopharma/healthcare industry
- A female talent is preferred to improve board diversity
- Speaks Korean & English
- Is qualified to serve on a Korean public board given the limit to how many Boards the candidate can sit on
