Your molds and dies are expensive, critical tools and the heartbeat of your company. We equip you with the tools and training to make them run as efficiently and reliably as possible.

The weather may be cooling down, but things are really heating up around MoldTrax. Our classes are filling up and we have planned a special Hot Runner & Controls Tech Days event. We have also given several Master Maintenance awards to attendees who have completed each of our certifications. Congratulations to the following for receiving their awards this quarter.

Justen Holloway from Stanley Black & Decker/MTD Outdoor Products

MoldTrax Shop Tips

Maintenance Stations Ease Critical Data Entry

To ensure that critical maintenance and repair data is collected accurately and in a timely fashion, it is necessary to pay attention to the physical side of data collection and usage.  Shop PC's that require a technician to sit at a desk in order to input or extract data will result in data not being used as it should. This will result in missed opportunities to discover a root cause or input useful data. Like using any tool, ergonomics come in to play when using a PC in a shop. Read about it here.
