It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to celebrate with all of you! As we prepare for our 10th Annual Holiday Gala, the excitement is building, the costumes are getting ready, and our dancers are learning their amazing performances.

From holiday costumes to show-stopping routines, this season is all about sharing the joy of dance with our incredible community. We can’t wait to see you in the audience, cheering on your favourite dancers as they light up the stage!

Tickets:

Tickets go on sale November 12th, 2026 and can be purchased online at ticketpro.ca.

A reminder email will be sent out the week of with a direct link to tickets.

Tickets are $25 per person, inclusive of tax and fees.

If you purchase tickets for both shows,

your second set of tickets will automatically be 50% off at checkout.

No code required.

Requirements:

• Volunteers must be present for the entire show.
• Must have access to Facebook Messenger for communication with the event team throughout the show.
• Punctuality and reliability are key. Volunteers should arrive on time and be prepared to stay until the show is fully wrapped up.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to step in wherever help is needed, from assisting dancers backstage to helping with audience management.
• Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure, as the event can be fast-paced and require quick adjustments.

Preferred Attributes:

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Comfortable with basic problem-solving, especially in high-energy situations.
• Patience and enthusiasm, as you'll be interacting with dancers, staff, and other parents throughout the show.

We appreciate your commitment to making the Holiday Gala a memorable experience for everyone involved!

Recreational dancers will participate in one show, ensuring that we can accommodate enough tickets for families to watch their dancer(s). If your dancer is enrolled in multiple classes, there is a chance they may perform in both shows. While we have made every effort to prevent this, it can sometimes occur.

Organizing the show lineup requires considerable time and effort, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and support.

*Competitive company members can only buy tickets to ONE show, not both. We encourage you to volunteer for whichever show you are not viewing.*

Holiday Gala Rental Costume Pick Up & Return Information

Holiday Gala Rental Costumes

Dancers will rent Holiday Gala Costumes from the studio.

We do this to keep dance accessible and costs down for families.

$50 CASH ONLY will be due the day of pick up during your dancer's scheduled class (November 9th - November 14th).

Upon returning costumes, $25 will be returned to you on December 7th- 12th during your scheduled class.

You might be thinking "Didn't I pay for a costume when I registered for my class?"

Yes, you did! The costume paid for at the time of registration is for the year end recital

June 4th, 2027. The year end costume is the one you keep! 

Holiday Gala costumes must be returned.

Costumes are not custom, they are generic sizing and we try our best to size appropriately. Sometimes straps need to be pinned etc.

A shoe, tight and hair list will be provided soon!

Why do we offer a Holiday Gala?

Our Holiday Gala gives dancers an exciting opportunity to take the stage before our year-end recital! It's a chance to build confidence, gain valuable performance experience, overcome those stage jitters, and show their families everything they've been working on in class.

For many of our younger dancers, this may be their very first time on stage! We believe that performing is such an important part of a dancer's journey, and our Holiday Gala is the perfect opportunity to celebrate their progress in a fun, festive, and supportive environment.

Most importantly, this day is about celebrating our dancers, their hard work, and the joy of performing! We can't wait to kick off the holiday season with our Elite families and watch our dancers shine on stage!
