Hello again - it has been a bit!
This one is completely bittersweet.
I am in a new transitional phase of life - and despite the hard - it's really good and really necessary.
As you know I've been self-employed for the better part of 2 decades (which, is 1/2 of my life). I also have 3 kids, and as much as I want to continue as a full-time entrepreneur, I financially and realistically cannot.
I've had a complete gift of opportunity fall into my lap - a full-time job at my kids' school as the administrative assistant! I get to go back to my roots, do so much of what I love, and work in the heart of community on a daily basis.
While this professional transition won't happen for a few weeks, I am starting to limit my hours for existing clients (and those who may want a check-in!). I will maintain some coaching hours even while working my new 'grown-up' job - so this isn't a goodbye letter.
This is an acknowledgement of a new phase of life, which also means new beginnings.
