Greetings!
The Canadian Golf Superintendents Association (CGSA) Scholars Fund supports CGSA "Student" members attending educational programs as a means of enhancing their knowledge and skills for the turfgrass profession as well as becoming better qualified for their current or future employment.
The deadline to submit a scholarship application is November 30th.
We encourage all CGSA student members who are currently enrolled in at least the second year of a recognized turfgrass program of two (2) years duration (or longer) or are enrolled in a one-year mechanic course are eligible and encouraged to apply. Applicants must be a Canadian Citizen and have a minimum of one season as an employee on a Golf Course.
A total of $3,000 in scholarship funds were distributed by the CGSA to the 2021 scholarship winners.

If you know of any students who are currently not a member of the CGSA, please notify them that the CGSA is offering free student membership to students enrolled in a Turfgrass Program approved by the Board of Directors and forward this email to them!
