Our rooster, "Mick Jagger" says

PAY ATTENTION!

Your body is brilliant at sending you suggestions. Shortness of breath might preceed cardiac problems, a nagging backache occurs if you're sitting too much and may alert you to core weakness, reduced neck range-of-motion and shoulder tension is a warning to watch your posture, and might preceed a pinched-nerve.

It's my job to help you listen to those signals.

A chiropractor can detect imbalance and subtle changes in joint movement that can escalate into bigger problems. That's why having a chiropractic check-up can save you a world of pain,

(and probabaly $ in the long run).
