Update on Proposed Warehouse Ban

As expected, the proposed warehouse ban Assembly Bill 1000 (Reyes; D-San Bernardino) is back and the bill has been set for a hearing on January 10, 2024 in the Assembly Committee on Local Government.

The updated coalition letter outlines our coalition's arguments in opposition. Stayed tuned for more updates!
