South Dakota Farm Bureau encourages all eligible voters to take time to vote in the runoff election for the Republican party gubernatorial nominee on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Your participation matters for the future of agriculture.
South Dakota Farm Bureau invited both of the runoff candidates - Governor Larry Rhoden and Toby Doeden - to respond to agriculture-related policy questions by the end of this week. Both candidates agreed to participate, but as of this publication deadline, only Rhoden had responded. His answers are linked for your information. If Doeden responds, we will share his answers on the Policy & Advocacy page of our website.
