It is a violation of CHE's intellectual property rights and considered theft for persons who are not paid registrants to view CHE webinars. More than one person sharing a single registration is not allowed.
*TDLR/Code Enforcement Officials: 3.0H; MCLE/CEU: 3.0H State Bar of Texas; Paralegals: self-reporting permitted. Other organizations may accept these CEUs, please check with their Continuing Education program.
*Refunds can be requested up to 8/28 @ 5pm CT but amount refunded will be minus fees assessed by GoTo/Stripe. Substitution requests must be emailed by 8/28 @ 5pm CT to Admin@CityHallEssentials.com. Registration after 8/28 @ 5pm CT imay be possible if any access points remain, email request to Admin@CityHallEssentials.com; ticket price increases to $175/ticket.
*Each paid registrant will have access to the recorded webinar for up to 3 days after the recording has been made available on a hosted platform. Refunds due to issues with participant's technology will not be permitted.
*Attendees' images and voices may be reproduced and shared by CHE via its website, social media sites, print materials, etc.
*Agenda of the event is subject to change/have minor adjustments without notice.
*If event must be cancelled by City Hall Essentials, tickets will be refunded minus any fees assessed by GoTo/Stripe.
* The GoTo platform (GoToWebinar/GoToStage) gauges audience engagement metrics. Participating in our webinars shall be construed as your consent. No additional permissions are necessary. Neither the host nor the presenters access, review, retain, or share any metadata obtained by GoTo from audience members.
