BOOK FAIR (MAY 13-16)

The Book Fair is here! 

The Book Fair is running from Monday, May 13 through Thursday, May 16. The Online Fair is open now through May 24.

Thanks to the success of our Fall Book Fair, we will be offering $5* Scholastic Bucks to every student at Butler! That $5* can go towards the purchase of any book at the Book Fair (no accessories). No coupon required – we will apply the $5 at the register. *$5 credit does not include sales tax and must be redeemed in person. Sorry, we cannot apply the $5 credit towards an online book order.

To see when your child’s class is attending SEE HERE. Book Fair purchases can be made with cash, credit card (must be the credit card itself, parent signature required for transaction), checks made payable to Butler PTO, or eWallet.

Sign up now for eWallet!! REMEMBER - eWallet is now like a giftcard and all funds stay on the eWallet until they are used. Each student needs their own eWallet account.

BUTLER SPIRIT WEAR FLASH SALE UPDATE

A big thanks to Amy Wigo for running our recent flash sale of Spirit Wear t-shirts. Wear your green and white for Field Day!

If you forgot to pick up your pre-ordered Butler t-shirt last week, you can pick up the shirt from the office during office hours this week - either parent or child can pick up. In order to receive the shirt, you must first submit payment in EXACT cash or check made payable to Butler PTO. This is for those who PRE-ORDERED only. Office staff has been gracious to help with this, but they are not selling additional shirts or offering exchanges.

Our final General PTO meeting of the 2023-24 school year is scheduled for May 20 at 7:00pm in the Butler Library. Agenda here. We will be voting on the 2024-2025 Slate, Bylaws, and Budget. Draft versions of the Bylaws and Budget can be found here for your review prior to the meeting.

Visit Owowcow in Chalfont on Tuesday, June 4 from 6-8pm for our dine and donate. Mention Butler and 20 percent of proceeds will benefit Butler PTO.

TEACHER/STAFF APPRECIATION WEEK RECAP

We had a great week celebrating our Butler Teachers and Staff. Many families participated in sharing words of thanks and appreciation to their teachers. The PTO provided a lunch and breakfast in the Faculty Room. Butler customized cooler bags were given to all teachers, staff, custodial staff, and cafeteria workers. Our bus drivers and crossing guard received gift cards. 

Thank you to those that purchased, made, and donated supplies. Special thank you to co-chairs, Alison Ficociello and Lisa Hood for coordinating! And our PTO president, Jennifer Mininger for lending a helping hand!
