Once again we have the privilege of handling sales for a customer's lot of equipment. Most of these machines, including the Wenger Industrial Dryer featured above, comes out of a berry production. In today's showcase you'll also note a pair of macerators/pitters, and quite a few destemmers that would work for assorted fruit like cherries and plums.
As we head into the winter season with its bounty of squashes, citrus fruits, and so much more, we sometimes find ourselves pre-heating home ovens almost unconsciously. There's nothing quite like walking into a kitchen to find a pie, or maybe a tray of roasted autumn veg drizzled with a buttery hollandaise, cooling on the counter! We are grateful for our friends and colleagues here in the PNW and around the world, whose skill and expertise in food processing keeps us deliciously full on a regular basis.
