Interest in Canadian real estate has spiked over the last 18 months and with that, the real estate industry has come under intense scrutiny. This year, we conducted a consumer survey to gauge Canadians' perceptions of real estate and the industry. Our goal is to use this survey as a starting point for open and honest conversations about how we, as an industry, can continue to improve our practices in order to stay relevant and progressive in terms of what consumers want when it comes to buying or selling a home.
