WILPF Needs Good Candidates to Fill Open Board Seats!
Elections for open Board seats are in about 2 months. To help reach our goals and operate as an effective feminist peacemaking organization, WILPF US seeks a full and functioning Board.
Run for the Board or nominate a strong candidate to run for the Board.
Please seriously consider running or nominating someone from your Branch, another Branch, or an at-large member, if you know the person well.
Nominations are due November 4th for the following positions:
- Secretary: term ends January 2027
- Personnel Committee Chair: term ends January 2026
- Membership Development Committee Chair: term ends January 2026
- One or two (running together) Development Committee (Co)-Chair(s): term ends January, 2025
- One Program Committee Chair: term ends January 2027
- Nominating Committee Chair: term ends January, 2025
- One At Large Board Member: Term ends January 2027
Who has a mix of skills, experience, and passion to fill those positions? Or could you – as a Board member – help make Congress dynamic this coming spring, May 30 to June 2?
