It is hard to believe that, after 40 years at TDEG, I will be retiring at the end of 2025. It will be a bittersweet farewell; I will be sad to step back from the daily challenges but glad to be able to spend more time with my family and pursue other interests.
When I started at TDEG in 1985 as a Project Engineer, (it was called Di Salvo Associates back then), I could not have imagined that I would be made a Principal in 1995 and then lead the firm as President from 2004 through 2024. Those roles provided me with a variety of opportunities for professional and personal growth that I am fortunate to have experienced. In addition, I am grateful to have been able to collaborate with co-workers and the many other talented design professionals and contractors over the years, and I am proud of the many quality contributions to the built environment those efforts have produced.
I look forward to hearing from you in the next six months. Give me a call and we’ll take a stroll down memory lane together.
