Arriving Wednesday and planning to stay onsite? Kick off your conference experience at LandShark Bar & Grill, Margaritaville’s lively restaurant featuring classic American favorites with a fresh coastal twist, plus your favorite brews, cocktails, and relaxed Cape Cod vibes.

☕Thursday Morning:

Start your morning at Joe Merchant’s Coffee & Provisions, located inside the resort (opens at 7:00 a.m.) for coffee and breakfast bites before the conference begins.

Conference lunch service for all attendees begins at 11:00 a.m. Please note that coffee service will be available during select pre-conference sessions within the meeting rooms.

🎉Thursday Evening:

Join us for Thursday evening’s reception from 5:30–7:00 p.m., generously sponsored by Margaritaville Resort Cape Cod. We have a few special surprises planned, so you won’t want to miss it!

After the reception, take advantage of complimentary shuttle service to downtown Main Street, Hyannis, sponsored by the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, and enjoy the opportunity to explore local restaurants and nightlife with colleagues and friends. 🏆Friday Morning:

Breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. outside the Compass Rose South Ballroom. Grab a plate and join us for the 2026 Annual Business Meeting & Awards Celebration that starts at 8:00 am, as we recognize outstanding volunteer leadership and accomplishments from across our community.

🎤Friday Lunch:

Before heading home, stick around for our high-energy closing keynote and luncheon; a dynamic and inspiring way to wrap up the conference together.

Conference Attire

Conference attire is business casual. We recommend dressing in layers, as meeting room temperatures can vary throughout the day. Comfortable footwear is also encouraged for networking, exhibit hall visits, and moving between sessions.

If you are planning to schedule a professional headshot session on Friday, you may also want to keep that in mind when selecting your attire.
