Affordable Repairs Program

A home should be a place of safety, comfort, and stability; but for many homeowners, the cost of critical repairs can feel out of reach. That's where Cedar Valley Habitat for Humanity's Affordable Repairs program can help.

Designed for income-qualified homeowners, the program addresses essential repairs that improve the safety, accessibility, and long-term preservation of a home. Typical projects include window replacement, accessibility modifications, trip hazard removal, and other improvements that help homeowners remain safe and independent in the homes they love.

If you or someone you know could benefit from the Affordable Repairs Program, we encourage you to learn more by calling our office at (319) 366-4485. Together, we can help preserve homes, strengthen neighborhoods, and ensure more families have a safe place to call home.
