Homes 4 Families has launched a bold new fundraising initiative to raise $6 million to complete the construction of 32 affordable single-family homes in Palmdale and North Hollywood. This effort will provide Veterans and their families with the opportunity to achieve affordable homeownership along with critical wraparound supportive services to help them thrive.

The initiative was officially announced at this year's annual Builder's Ball, where over $300,000 in commitments were raised in just one night.

"Homes 4 Families is dedicated to ensuring that veterans and their families have access to affordable homeownership and the resources they need to thrive," said Carlos Gonzalez, CEO, Homes 4 Families. "This $6 million campaign is a crucial step toward making that vision a reality for 32 deserving families."

Thirty-six homes have already been completed in Palmdale since 2020 in this "hand up, not a hand out" housing model, where veterans earn the affordable housing opportunity with sweat equity and participation in educational and enrichment programs proven to promote long-term success.

Your support will unlock over $1 million in committed grants from The Ahmanson Foundation and the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco, which will be released only when key construction milestones are met.
