As we welcome the new year, it’s a time of reflection, gratitude, and hope. This season reminds us to honor the cherished memories of those we’ve lost. Their love and the lessons they left behind inspire us to live with intention, kindness, and purpose.
Let’s carry their legacy forward, letting their influence guide us to embrace opportunities, nurture connections, and make the most of every moment. Together, we can make this year one of growth, positivity, and meaningful impact.
I look forward to seeing and hearing from you in 2025 as we continue to serve our community.
Wishing you a year filled with peace, joy, and inspiration.

Reba Mazak once again hosted our 5th Annual "Farm to Fork Evening Beneath the Stars," where we gathered with joy and gratitude to honor the remarkable legacy of Cornerstone Hospice, which has served families for four decades. This signature fundraising event celebrated the enduring work and generosity that have touched countless lives, focusing on supporting Cornerstone's patient care and services in Sumter County.
During the evening, special recognition was extended to our esteemed honoree, James E. Wade III, and Wade Law, for his outstanding contributions to both our community and Cornerstone. Guests were invited to savor the Farm to Fork dinner and participate in the auction, reaffirming their dedication to Cornerstone Hospice.
With heartfelt gratitude, the event aimed to inspire support for making a meaningful difference in the lives of those most cherished, encouraging an evening of enjoyment and friendship in a collective effort to bring comfort and care to those in need.
To mark this special occasion, we invite you to celebrate with us by making a $40.00 donation in honor of our four decades of service. Your contribution helps us continue providing essential care to those in need. Join Cornerstone in supporting our next 40 years with your gift today!

The Cornerstone Hospice Foundation proudly kicked off its inaugural Meet the Leaders luncheon at the Orlando Social Club, creating a platform for community members to come together for an afternoon filled with inspiration and connection.
We were honored to welcome a remarkable lineup of speakers, including Dan Jurman, President and CEO of Camp Boggy Creek; Reginald B. Riley, Vice President of Support Services & Patient Experience for Chapters Health System; and Jeff Collignon, Executive Director of Cornerstone Hospice Foundation. Their captivating presentations provided valuable insights into Camp Bridges and our impactful Children’s Bereavement Program.
Their discussion shed light on the essential resources and support available to children navigating the challenging grief journey. Attendees engaged in meaningful conversations about the critical role of community in the healing process, exploring how we can uplift young lives and foster resilience in the face of loss.
We sincerely thank everyone who joined us for this enlightening gathering! Your participation is vital as we continue this crucial dialogue and work collectively to make a difference in the lives of children and families facing adversity.
