⚠️ Uploading Documents to Listings
As a reminder, all documents uploaded to a listing are viewable to all PrimeMLS users. Documents set to "Public" are included within the Collaboration Center and shareable via email and text.

🔄 Residential Listing Maintenance Update for the Mobile Home Property Type
In listing maintenance, the "Owned Land" field will be moved from the "Lot" container to the "Location" container below the "Development/Subdivision" field. Along with this, when "Yes" is selected for "Owned Land," the "Mobile Park Approval" field will not be required.
This change will be implemented on February 4, 2025.

🚨 New Feature - Private Photos!
With the new photo privacy feature, list agents can select any photo and make it private. All photos will remain viewable in the MLS software (and available when agents email listings out of the system), but all photos marked as private will not be included in the Collaboration Center or any data feeds*. Photos can also be easily reversed back to public view.

How to Set Photos to Private:
- Go to the “Add/Edit Photos” tab on a listing in listing maintenance.
- Select the photos by checking the boxes in the top right corner of each photos.
- Tap the “Mark Private” button.

*Third-Party Websites have up to 12 hours to update their sites with any changes. Accordingly, when photos are marked as private and the listing is saved, the update will take some time to be reflected on the varying third-party sites. | |

Copy/Clone FAQs:
Can I copy any listing?: Yes. Any listing can be cloned, but photos and attachments should only be utilized if the images and documents belong to you.
Can I clone across classes?: You can only clone listings within the same Property Class, like Land to Land, but you can change the Property Type after cloning. For example, a Residential Single Family listing can be cloned and updated to a Residential Condo by changing the selection in the 'Property Type' field.
