Herff Jones Key Dates

Wednesday, October 28, 2026 - Cap and Gown Presentation for Seniors during FLEX in the main gym at 10:35 AM.

Order forms will be coming home. The cost of the cap and gown is already included in the graduation fee. Other graduation items are available for purchase.

Parent-Teacher Conferences

5:30-8:00 PM

Bishop Chatard High School will hold Parent-Teacher Conferences on Thursday, October 22, from 5:30-8:00 PM. Conferences will be offered both in person and virtually via Google Meet. Parents and guardians are encouraged to attend to review their student’s academic progress to date and discuss any questions or concerns with teachers.

Class of 2031 Admissions Deadlines

Tickets on sale for Peter and the Starcatcher

November 5-7, 7:00 PM

Join us for an evening of magic and adventure. Based on the 2004 best-selling children’s novel by Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson, Peter and the Starcatcher is the prequel to J. M. Barrie’s Classic tales of Peter Pan. This adaptation by Rick Elice provides backstories for characters and how an orphan boy becomes Peter Pan.

Trading Card Club - First Meeting - October 22, 8:00 AM in Room 312

Castle Nights is an evening for high school boys to get a glimpse into seminary life at Bishop Simon Brute Seminary, featuring vespers, dinner, discernment discussions, and games. We typically host 3-4 each semester. This semester, the last Castle Night is November 18.

Join Campus Ministry on Sunday, November 22, for IGNITE, an archdiocesan day of prayer, reflection, and community for high school students!

This all-day event at Cardinal Ritter High School will offer Chatard students the opportunity to pause, reflect, and grow in their relationship with God and others from across the archdiocese.

Congratulations to junior Casey Beckmann, who captured both the Sectional Singles Championship and the Regional Singles Championship! 🎾 He is now headed to the State Singles Finals for the second year in a row! His quarterfinal match is this Friday (10/23) at 2:00 PM at Park Tudor! Way to go, Casey!

Cross Country heads to Regionals on October 24! Cheer them on at Brownsburg Middle School; Girls' begins at 10:30 AM and Boys' begins at 11:15 AM.

Another exciting year of Trojan athletics is just around the corner, and we can’t wait to cheer on our student-athletes together! The Bishop Chatard Athletic Booster Club plays a vital role in supporting our Athletic Department—providing funding, organizing parent social events, and enhancing the overall experience for our teams and fans throughout the year. Most Booster Club membership levels include season passes, allowing you to skip the ticket line and enjoy admission to all regular-season home games across all sports (excluding City, Conference, and IHSAA tournament events).
