Revelation, 2023, color photograph on Dibond panel, 40 x 40 inches, edition of 3.

This is Camila's second solo exhibition at Themes+Projects. You may remember her black and white pieces and Polaroids from her 2021 Traces exhibition. In this new series, Camila explores Carl Jung's concepts on the archetype of the shadow. Photographs in the exhibition range in size from 30 x 30 inches to 112 x 44 inches.

In addition to the physical pieces seen on the gallery walls, Camila continues her use of AR (augmented reality) to expand the narrative or to encourage interaction with visitors. The AR component for these new pieces is accessible through the update in her app, Virtual Mutations.
