Employment Spotlight: Nick Finds His Team at Sona Fitness

Since September 2025, Nick has been part of the Sona Fitness team as a Maintenance Assistant, helping keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming for everyone.

From vacuuming and mopping to cleaning mirrors, disinfecting toys, and organizing equipment, Nick takes pride in doing his part. But one of his favorite parts of the job is connecting with coworkers, especially talking football with owner Dylan.

Nick says, “I really enjoy working at Sona Fitness. It’s not just a job; it’s a great place to be. My manager, Dylan is the absolute best, he is super cool and knows everything about sports. I'm really proud to work for Dylan and Sona Fitness.”

Nick’s mom shared that from the moment they met the Sona Fitness team, they knew it would be “a good working relationship and environment.” With a customized checklist, schedule, and supportive team, Sona Fitness has helped set Nick up to thrive.

Dylan shared, “Nick has been a valuable team member at Sona. We appreciate all of his effort and enjoy our many conversations about sports - he is very passionate and knowledgeable."

Community Life Shares Gratitude

with Northbrook First Responders

At TotalLink, community connection is at the heart of what we do - and our Community Life Program brings that mission to life every day through volunteering and local engagement.

In our Community Life Program, we wanted to thank the people who help keep Northbrook safe. Our participants baked and decorated cookies, created snack-filled gift baskets, and wrote heartfelt cards for the Northbrook Police and Fire Departments.

It was a small way to show our appreciation for those who make our community such a great place to live, work, and play - and we hope it brought a few smiles along the way!

Thank You

Rotary Club of Northbrook

We are grateful for our partnership with the Rotary Club of Northbrook and honored to receive a community grant supporting TotalLink’s Employment Program and annual Business Breakfast.

This support helps people find meaningful work, connect with local employers, and belong in our community.

Thank you, Northbrook Rotary, for helping create more opportunities for inclusion.

We are incredibly grateful for the Foundation’s support and commitment to helping our community thrive.

A Day of Golf, Generosity, and Lasting Impact

We welcomed a sellout crowd of 127 golfers to Glen Flora Country Club for the 2026 Maureen Kogen Memorial Golf Outing.

It was a beautiful day filled with community, generosity, and purpose as we honored Maureen’s legacy and raised vital support for TotalLink.

Thank you to everyone who golfed, sponsored, volunteered, and helped make the day such a success.
