Thanks to the GECP and UECP students who participated in the Nov. 4th Cohort Day-Trip to Grand Rapids! On the trip, students considered intersecting urban and global contexts of education. Global Experience Student Spotlight: Carly Callen

GECP student Carly Callen describes studying abroad in Ireland:

This is a photo of me in the heart of Dublin (O'Connell Street)! It was one of my first times exploring the city on my own. My global experience was amazing; University College Dublin offered a variety of opportunities for me in Ireland.

I'll never forget my time in Europe. It has taught me that anything is possible and how empowering it can be to independently live and travel in a foreign country. I will be forever impacted by my time abroad and I hope to return someday (preferably soon)!
