Participants were from Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. Of the 924 runners, 34 ran on the Edgecombe Community College team. ECC president, Dr. Greg McLeod, was also presented the inaugural award for the First President to Cross the Finish Line!
