The Montgomery County Workforce Development Board, MontcoWorks, is dedicated to fostering workforce development and economic growth in Montgomery County and its surrounding area. As we begin development of our Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Local and Southeast Pennsylvania Regional Plan, we are seeking public input.
The WIOA Local and Regional Plans address the workforce needs of our community and region, ensuring that we are well-prepared to meet challenges and opportunities both now and in the future. Our current plan are available for review on our website www.montcoworks.org.
We are committed to creating a comprehensive plan that reflects the diverse needs and aspirations of our community. To achieve this, we are seeking input from residents, businesses, educational institutions, and other stakeholders. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us shape a plan that is inclusive, effective, and responsive to the needs of our workforce system.
We invite you to share your thoughts, suggestions, and concerns via a survey available at https://bit.ly/MontcoWorksInput. Your input will play a crucial role in the development of a plan that supports career seekers, employers, and the overall economic health of our region.
