Path4EMS Resiliency Survey

The Path4EMS Program Review Task Force has been working over the past year to ensure the long-term sustainability of the Path4EMS program. As part of this effort, we are seeking to better understand what resiliency and support resources are known and available to EMS professionals. A brief, anonymous survey has been created to help with this. A link to this survey can be found here and will also be shared with EMS agencies for dissemination. We ask that you please take a few minutes to complete the survey and feel free to share the link with other providers here in Colorado. The survey will close August 23, 2026. If you have questions or your agency does not receive the survey link, please contact Tim Petreit at 720-467-8342 or timothy.petreit@state.co.us.
