The Importance of Choosing the Right Personal Lines Insurance Partner

(3-Minute Read)

Most clients are sold home and auto insurance on price alone. Then, once policies are in place, the broker switches on autopilot, and the client's policies are never reviewed or updated. Even if staying with their carrier is in their best interest, your client would likely benefit from partnering with an insurance partner that provides proactive ongoing service. Through First Element's partnership with Gregory & Appel Insurance, clients have access to annual risk management reviews, 24-hour claims advocacy and other valuable resources that help your clients' risk management keep up with their lives.

(3-Minute Read)

First Element Resource Highlight

Advisor Education

One of the most commonly requested resources from our advisor partners continues to be ongoing education for their teams. With that in mind, we have created a collection of educational meetings on insurance and estate planning topics that are frequently brought up by advisors. A full list of available topics can be found on the form linked below.

We hold the sessions with your individual team at your preferred frequency (commonly, advisor teams choose quarterly or every other month). The meetings are conducted via Zoom, last 30-60 minutes each, and many are approved for CFP® Continuing Education credit, which we would submit on your team's behalf.

If your team is interested in participating, simply complete the Education Sign-Up Form linked below, and we will contact you to finalize the schedule.

Fixed Annuities

Multi-Year Guaranteed (Fixed) Annuities (MYGAs) - Interest Rates May Be Dropping

As you may have seen, interest rates have dropped notably over the past few weeks, and this shift is already beginning to impact the multi-year guaranteed annuity (MYGA) marketplace.

For clients considering locking in current MYGA rates, time is of the essence. We strongly encourage submitting applications as quickly as possible to secure today's higher rates before carrier adjustments take effect.
