REGISTER FOR SKV INDOOR FUTSAL & TRAINING PROGRAMS
LAWRENCE/TOPEKA/MANHATTAN FUTSAL LEAGUE

The Sporting Kaw Valley Youth Indoor Futsal League will have an Academy/Recreational Division, and a Competitive Division at each age group. The High School age group will have three divisions.
Games:
  • 8 per team
Roster size:
  • There is a minimum recommended number of 8 players and a maximum recommended number of 10 players.
Game Dates
  • November 2022 to February, 2023. Breaks for the holidays. 
Game Days
  • Saturdays and Sunday (times will vary throughout the day). Older groups might have an occasional weeknight game. 
Locations
  • Sports Pavilion Lawrence
  • 100 Rock Chalk Lane
  • Other city facilities
Costs:
There are four registration options:
  1. Futsal - $119 - This option is for players ages U8-U14. Players will be placed on teams with a volunteer coach. No formal practice will be held unless the volunteer coach coordinates it. The league will consist of 8 games.
  2. Futsal - $219 - This option is for players ages U8-U14. Players will be placed on a team with a paid coach. There will be one practice per week plus 8 league games.
  3. Premier Futsal - $119 - This option is for SKV Premier players, ages U8-U14. The league will consist of 8 games.
  4. High School Futsal - $119 - This option is for players in High School. Players will be placed on teams with a volunteer coach. No formal practice will be held unless the volunteer coach coordinates it. The league will consist of 8 games.
MANHATTAN
WINTER INDOOR FUN PROGRAM

The SKV 2023 Indoor Winter Soccer Fun Program is designed for soccer players to have fun (no coaching except for minimal coaching, teaching, comments to younger players between games, no drills, no pressure). The indoor soccer program will be played on a regular sized basketball court with out of bounds boundaries and using a smaller (size 4 ball), but slightly heavier and softer (futsal) soccer ball. Futsal soccer rules apply except there will be no goalkeeper and smaller goals are used.

There is a maximum of 20 players per age group allowed. Space is limited.

Dates:
Participants will meet on Saturdays for eight (8) sessions.
January 7, 14, 21, 28
February 4, 11, 18/19, 25

Cost:
U6-U10 - $69
U11-ADULT - $79

Location:
All sessions will take place at Luckey Junior High Gym, Manhattan Catholic Schools, 220 S. Juliette Ave in Manhattan

MANHATTAN WINTER SKILLS ACADEMY TRAINING
Winter Skills Academy Training in Manhattan will run from December 5 to February 8. No training will take place the week of December 19 and December 26 over winter break. Training will resume January 2.
