We look forward to seeing you at the 2024 Annual Meeting & Conference—Lead.Innovate.Transform. As of this week, we have almost 1,200 conference registrants. AALL 2024 is designed to provide valuable insights, education, and resources to help you advance your career and make a positive impact in your organizations. If you have not already registered for preconference workshops, library tours, and other ticketed events—the deadline to register for add-ons is June 28. 

The Annual Meeting Program Committee has worked hard to curate over 65 thought-provoking programs and interactive workshops designed to enrich your conference experience.

Please note that registered attendees receive an access key to log into the Conference Schedule approximately one week after they register. You will receive an email invitation that includes your email address and access key. Once you log in, please upload a photo, complete your profile, and start building your personal schedule and favoriting exhibitors you wish to visit. Please contact annualmeeting@aall.org with questions about the scheduler.

We are thrilled to share some exciting updates and reminders with you:

• Rooms are filling up fast! Book your housing at the Hyatt Regency Chicago (AALL's headquarters hotel) before June 25. If you have not yet booked your flight, use the AALL airline discount codes on your flights.
• There is still time to boost your professional development by adding a Saturday preconference workshop to your registration. Attendance is limited and separate registration fees apply.
• Discussions dens are a great opportunity to brainstorm ideas, and share successes, challenges, and other experiences in a smaller, informal setting. If you would like to facilitate a discussion, propose a topic by June 14.
• Showcase your great ideas, projects, and programs by submitting a poster session. Submit your poster ideas by June 14.
• Don’t miss 12 Exhibitor Showcase Sessions, where industry leaders and experts will unveil the latest trends and advancements in legal research and technology. Check the conference schedule for the latest information.

NEW THIS YEAR!

• AALL will be providing live closed captioning for all programs. You may access the closed captioning on your own devices. Stay tuned for additional information. 
• We understand that waking up early on a Sunday for the opening session can be rough. To help jumpstart your day, AALL will offer coffee before the Opening General Session on Sunday morning.
• To align with AALL’s commitment to environmental sustainability, we will not be providing registration bags this year. We encourage you to bring your own bag (BYOB)—reuse a past conference bag or grab one from the 2024 exhibitors.
