While this issue is a bit "slim," that isn't because we have been eating bonbons. No, it seems as though most of the decisions from the Superior Court and the Commonwealth Court are being released as "Non-Precedential." Because we only summarize important or relevant precedential cases, focusing on Civil Procedure, Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, Civil Litigation, Rules of Civil and Appellate Procedure, and Ethics & Disciplinary Matters, there just aren't a lot of cases to report.
