Volunteers

Educate Youth loves our volunteers and the value they bring to the H.O.P.E. program! Gabriella and Leesi, former physics professor and U of M PhD Candidate respectively, are back fun a second year of fun. Gwen, a retired school teacher, has also joined us, after participating in our intergenerational program this past summer!

Intergenerational Programming

Speaking of Intergenerational programming, we had a great time this past weekend at the Ypsilanti Senior Center. Their executive director, Monica Prince, led a lesson on Shibori dying, expanding on our tie-dye fun from over the summer!
